At Qampo, we take responsibility for our products and will gladly accept any return according to the following requirements.

Before returning any product to the company for any reason, the client must contact the company and ask for an RMA authorization number. All the products should be returned on the client’s risk, who must pay the return costs; the items should not be damaged and should be in their original packaging. The client is responsible for returning the products to the company and keeping proof of this return.

The company has a return policy of 21 days. For the return to be accepted, our company should receive the products within the next 21 days following the dispatch date.

Any out of catalog product, could not be returned. Any antistatic or humidity sensible product, provided in a sealed package, could not be returned if the “easy opening” packaging it was sent on, has been opened, handled or damaged.

  • After receiving the return authorization number, the client must return the products according to the given instructions, clearly stipulating on the outside of the packaging the authorization number or RMA, your Client Account number and shipment number.
  • Any product returned after 21 days as “not wanted” or “ordered by mistake” should be accepted at the company’s discretion, but may be subject to a higher payment between a 20% of the bill restocking fee and 20€.
